What should I bring?
Please bring something to practice yoga on. This can be a yoga mat, a towel or even a blanket! If you don’t have something to practice on or are afraid of getting something dirty, bring $5 and you can rent a mat from us!
It would also be great to bring:
- Bug spray / Sunscreen / Sunglasses
- Water bottle
- Hand towel
How hard is the yoga?
Mazie teaches an all-levels full body flow. This class is truly meant for anyone in their yoga journey. Whether you have been practicing for years or have never stepped foot on a yoga mat, Mazie will make sure you feel comfortable in your practice, offering modifications as needed. Advanced practitioners will come back to the basics and beginner yogis will learn a great foundation. Rest during the practice is always welcome, and accompanied by plenty of goat snuggles.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, a full-size goat can be up to 50 pounds. For the safety of all the yogis we highly recommend everyone be at least 18 years of age. We make exceptions if your child is at least 13 years old, is familiar with yoga and is accompanied by an adult throughout class. If your child is younger than 12 years old, please check out our Kids + Kids Goat Yoga specifically designed for youth.
What is the address?
You will find the address is not listed online for safety purposes. Once you register, we will send you a Welcome Letter that has the address. We are located in Nowthen, Minnesota (a cute little city east of Elk River), approximately 35-minutes northwest of Minneapolis.
Where should I park?
We have parking available off of the field driveway. To reduce traffic and the risk of any mishaps, we request that you carpool if it is convenient.

What’s your refund policy?
Life gets busy, things come up - we get it! We offer refunds as long as we receive the request for cancellation at least seven days prior to class, with a $5 service fee. The week of, we will allow transfers as long as we hear from you 12 hours before your class.
Where do the goats come from?
We have a herd of Nigerian Dwarfs that we breed yearly. The goats are so friendly and love people. They are found to be therapeutic as they have dog-like personalities and they are guaranteed to bring laughter to the class with all their mischief.
